My name is Sue, and I’m the mother of three gorgeous little people (2 boys, 1 girl). That’s me on the right with my daughter and one of my creations (a Castle Cake) made just for her.
Being a Mum of three means there is at least 3 birthday cakes that have to be made every year. As a result, over time I’ve built up some skills and knowledge on the best way to tackle these projects and I figured they may be useful to other aspiring ‘cake builders’ out there.
The good thing about birthday cakes is that they are enjoyed all over the world! So wherever you live, I hope you find lots of useful advice on the site, and if there is anything you’d like to ask or know about, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
